FOOD SECURITY & LIVELIHOOD

Asansol Burdwan Seva Kendra has been focused on creating opportunities for the backward sections, especially for women through implementing livelihood projects. Self – Help Groups and Focused Groups are formed for self-employment to bring out the capabilities of the underprivileged sections and to create a healthy standard if living through a sustainable institution for income generation.

This project is implemented by Asansol Burdwan Seva Kendra and supported by Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) to support 279 households to make access right, entitlement, self-sustainable agriculture and livelihood practices.
